It is planned to provide a common management tool for organizations providing educational products and services capable of meeting learner and other beneficiary needs and opportunities and its attention to the specific collaboration between an educational organization, the learner, and other applicable interested parties.

ISO 21001 is a Management System Standard developed by International Organization for Standardization and motivations specifically on enriching a successful communication between an educational organization, the learner, customers, and other relevant interested parties.
