Cancellation

Order Cancellation: After the customers selects to cancel the order, a confirmation pop up will appear. As soon as they confirm, the order will be canceled. And the auto refund process will initiate.

Cancelation reason: You can customize the question list to ask your customer why they have canceled the product. This will help you understand the customer's point of view regarding order cancellation.

Refill the cart: So whenever the customer cancels the order, the product will automatically go to the cart. So if they canceled the order because of ordering the wrong size or filling wrong shipping address, it is easier for them to reorder it.

Time limit: You can set a time limit by when the customers can cancel the order. This way you will save time behind packing and shipping the product. 

Gift Wrapping

This is one simple thing you can add at the checkout page. It is a gift wrapping option. This can work as a way of making extra money or you can do it for free and gain an edge over competitors. You can also allow customers to add some text messages with the gift wrap. Add character limit and give font style options. This will make gifting easier for customers.
