But Indian momos have their own taste due to the Indian spices that are used to prepare it. Momo’s are looking like dough wrapped in which vegetables or chicken or meat are puffed. These are mostly steamed. The traditional momos steamer is called a Mucktoo. It is a metal utensil with holes at the base. In many places, bamboo steamers are also used.
