c. You need to boost your loyalty – getting customers loyalty is a good sign of getting quality of interaction and keep you ahead from your competitors.

d. Learn about your customers – it is important that when you market your product you need to learn who are your customers so you can properly interact with them.

e. Win your customers back – this is a bit challenging but trying to fix what has been wrongly done previously will be much appreciated. Try to give persuade and giving them option can bring back their trust and get back to your business.

f. Boost employee motivation – when your employee is boosted with positive energy, they can interact happily to their customers no matter how many complaints they must deal the whole day.

g. Improve your business operation – when there are flaws you need fix it and get back on track optimizing and improving your operation.

If you really want to increase your profit, you need to invest in making a good relationship and interaction to your customers. Satisfying them with your service makes them loyal to you and can even add more customers by referring you to their friends and loved ones. You need to listen to them for it will give you ideas, and new strategies and method to continually improve your business operation.
