Even though they face fatigue, weight loss, severe pain in the abdomen and stomach, and server blood loss during bowel movements, they don't look sick. They are also like some other normal people without IBD. They can come to normal after some time of rest.

You can help them with some yoga techniques to increase their nap time and to develop sleeping habits.

People eating more amounts of gluten might face worse symptoms of IBD. Go with diet food prescribed by your doctor.
