Brick tile is an alternative to traditional brick and mortar walls for individuals who enjoy the look of brick and already have a wall in place. The installation of brick tile is simple and does not necessitate the demolition of existing structures. When redesigning, brick tiles can help you achieve the style and feel you want without sacrificing space or requiring a lot of work.

What is the Difference between a Brick Tile and a Brick in India?

Bricks in India are made self-supporting and are set one on top of the other in the desired pattern in a bed of mortar. Brick walls, in general, require more room behind the brick structure than other forms of walls. Using mortar or adhesive, brick tiles are applied directly to an existing wall substrate. The support for tiles is provided by the wall substrate and glue.

Typical Implementations:

A brick tile is placed on walls to give them a brick appearance. They're also used in situations where there isn't enough room for normal ...
... brick placement. Brick tiles can be utilized both inside and outside in Indian homes. Fireplaces, interior walls, and door frames are common indoor applications. Fire pits, outside framing, and chimneys are all common outdoor applications. Tiles can be utilized as a full wall covering or as an accent backsplash for a unique ornamental design.

Select the Correct Tile:

A brick tile comes in a wide range of colors, sizes, and textures. Reds, greys, browns, and creams are the most common color shades. Choose a color that complements the environment in which it will be installed.

The size of the tiles is also an important factor to consider. Smaller tiles have a livelier, more patterned appearance than bigger tiles.

Smooth to rough textures are available. When selecting a texture for your wall tiles, keep the surrounding environment in mind. Smoother tiles will collect less dirt and will be easier to clean.

It's best to use smoother brick tiles for simple cleaning if the tile will be installed in a high-dirt or grime region.

Maintenance:

After you've installed the brick tile, make sure it's sealed with a transparent sealer. The use of a sealer will improve the durability and simplicity of cleaning. To avoid dust accumulation, brick tile must be maintained regularly. Clean the tiles with ordinary warm water and a large sponge on a regular basis.
