To contact Zoosk, visit www.zoosk.com and select Contact Us. From here, contact the Zoosk customer support and ask them to delete your account. Altogether, they will process your request in a few days, and you’ll get a notification about it or you ask them when it will be done.

How to Cancel Zoosk Subscription and Get Refund
If you want to cancel your subscription by turning off the automatic renewal, go to your Account Settings and select Subscription. Click Cancel zoosk Subscription.

1. Open your web browser and visit www.zoosk.com, and log in to your account, if you are not already logged in. Once you are in, click on the cogwheel icon in the top left corner of the page, near your name.

2. From here, select the Cancel zoosk Subscription on the bottom part of the page. Click on Unsubscribe and select a cancellation reason.

3. Now, bear in mind that to confirm your cancellation after choosing the reason; if your subscription was successfully canceled, a confirmation screen appears with the end date of your subscription.

Note: If you want to get a refund from Zoosk, you can drop a mail to Zoosk for the refund at support@zoosk.com. In the mail, make sure to state that you are canceling your subscription and that you are entitled to a refund. Mention your details also such as login id, the email address associated with your account.
