When people search on Google for a real estate property, they expect your real estate website to be on the Internet. Having a web presence is no longer optional. It is mandatory; else you risk being left behind by your competitors who already have a web presence.

A website attracts not only buyers looking for a property but also attracts sellers looking for an agent for selling their property. It makes the buyer as well as seller visible to people who are searching online.

The visitor will get to have a virtual experience of visiting the property online without being physically present there. This way, the site visitor can also see the rooms, and other amenities.

Video link can have interesting videos of the real estate property that will give the site visitors a broader picture of the property. For instance, a video that shows different areas of a home or a commercial property; or a video that presents testimonials of proud owners of the properties and their impressions.

PROPERTY LOCATION

It should contain details about the real estate property’s address; contact info including phone and e mail contact id; popular landmarks near the address; Google route map highlighting the varied routes to reach the location; contact us form which asks for the visitor’s details including name, contact details, nature of their interest, etc; and so on.

Google route map is a must, for its navigation features will allow the site visitor to calculate the exact distance of the property, and time and routes to reach it from their own location.

Similarly, including details like ‘The gated community is 10 minutes distance from the airport or railway station’, or ‘apartment is just 20 minutes distance from the cricket stadium’, or ‘It takes 30 minutes by car to reach the location from the airport’. These details will help a site visitor to get a precise idea as how the property can be approached from their destination.

FAQs

It means frequently asked questions, and contains common queries generally asked by interested customers, with the answers to them. Like for instance, how payment for a property can be made and the options offered to the buyer; or what are the prominent features that makes the real estate property special; and so on.


CONTACT US

Site visitors would like to know where the owner is located and how he/she can be reached. The link should showcase details like address; contact info including phone number / email id; and Google Map showcasing the route to the location of the owner, and how the owner can be reached from different routes.

The website should

• Contain customer-centric & SEO-friendly content with words that do not overlap each other or an image.
• Be user and navigation friendly, with appropriate hyperlinks and links to the most up-to-date current information.
• Be easy-to-read black text on a light background.

Use the same type sizes, typefaces, navigation tools, and design elements on every page of the website. But avoid flashing graphics, slow-loading animation, and excess of links for they will all slow down the website. Finally, make sure that the website is updated frequently.
