Repeat this posture as you flap your legs up and down.
Twist Pose: For this posture, begin with the Staff Pose.
Concentrate on your right hip, then swing your left legs, bend your knees, and place both feet apart from your left hip, keeping your left ankle on the outside of your right foot.
Place your left hand behind your right hip and your right hand beneath your right knee with your fingers facing back to your knee. Exhale and twist your torso, keeping your left vertebrae aligned while taking a big breath and stretching your spine. Turn your head to the right and your gaze away from your mouth. Exhale and relax a little after this YogaYoga practice.

Churning the mill pose: To begin, sit on a yoga mat and stretch your legs straight in front of your torso; then, lock your fingers and extend your hands straight in front of your chest. After that, maintain your arms straight and across your body. Check that your elbows are not bending as a habit; Bend forward without attempting to do so.
Assume you're simply rubbing a hand mill; Turn right till your hand reaches the same distance as your right toes; Place your arms and hands in one direction, over your left toes, as you rotate forward. You should rotate your body to your hips while executing the rotation. (Keep your hips straight and your upper body away from your hips.) Try to keep it simple for beginners.

Corpse Pose: Lie down on your back in a confined space. This is the foundation of Shavasana meditation. If you don't want to sleep on the floor, you can sleep on your yoga mat. For the next 15 minutes, make sure you are not interrupted. Gently close your eyes. Maintain a safe and comfortable spacing between your feet. Maintain a straight line of sight with your arms and palms up. Your arms should be at an angle to your torso. Concentrate on all of your toes and stare at them. Exhale slowly through your nostrils after taking a long breath.

Anulom Vilom: Close your eyes and sit in padmasana, with your hands resting on your knees.
Cover your right nostril with your thumb, then inhale slowly through your left nostril. Pull your thumb out of your right nostril one at a time. Close your left nose with your middle finger as you exhale and inhale through your right nose.
For optimal results, repeat this practice for 15 minutes. Maintain your attention on your breathing.
