PHYSICAL ACTIVITY:

Regular physical activity is crucial to losing weight. Despite staying on a healthy diet, it is important to stay active by jogging, cycling, gyming, etc to lose calories. Pick an activity that you enjoy the most and stick to it. This is an important part of the weight loss program.
