LAS VEGAS – Fast-casual Mexican chain Ori’Zaba’s Scratch Mexican Grill has announced a new area developer franchisee in the Las Vegas market. The restaurant chain has partnered with new franchisees John Alam and Usama Khan, Ori’Zaba’s first Area Developers. The duo purchased three Ori’Zaba’s corporate store locations in Las Vegas. In addition, they have also committed to build two new franchise locations in Las Vegas over the next three years.

Alam and Usama are experienced franchisees and have exclusive rights to own Sonic franchises in Las Vegas. The partners own and operate 14 Sonic locations and two coffee franchises.
