Website redesign is often geared towards simply increasing user interaction and should also improve rankings with the search engines. There is another benefit: improved conversion rates. By creating a website that is simple and attractive, you are increasing the chance that your visitors will do what you want. For example, a clearly designed home page with a clear call to action will make it more likely visitors will click through and fill out a lead form or make a purchase.
