The dust control method is used to prevent diseases and insect pests in the shed. Compared with the large capacity conventional spray method, it has the advantages of not increasing humidity inside the shed, reducing labor intensity, saving pesticide, reducing pollution and improving control effect. The specific methods are as follows:

Dust application technology

1. Adjustment of powder sprayer. Hand duster is adopted, including fengshou-5 and fengshou-10. The rotation speed of fengshou-5 handle shall be no less than 36 revolutions per minute, and that of fengshou-10 handle shall be 50 revolutions per minute. So that the powder nozzle can generate strong enough wind to discharge the powder evenly. The powder discharge capacity shall be adjusted to 200 grams of powder per minute, and 1 kg of dust agent shall be used for each mu. Put the dust agent into the medicine box of the powder sprayer, and pay attention that there shall be no water or moisture in the medicine box.

2. Preparation of shed before powder spraying. Before spraying powder, close the vent of the shed and the door at the other end, vertical grow rack ...
... and cover the plastic cloth of the shed tightly to achieve the closed state of the shed as far as possible. If the shed cloth is damaged in small pieces, it will have no impact on the dust.

3. Retrograde horizontal spraying method is adopted in greenhouse. Starting from the inner end of the greenhouse, the operator stands on the aisle in front of the north wall, backs to the north wall of the greenhouse, faces the south, and adopts the backward air spraying method. According to the height of crops, swing the nozzle up and down appropriately, spray while retreating to the other end until you exit the door and close the door. Check the medicine box. If there is surplus medicine, extend the powder spraying pipe into the room from the ventilation window for spraying until the surplus powder is sprayed.

4. The left-right air swing spraying method is adopted in the greenhouse. Starting from the north end, the operator stands on the aisle and swings the powder spraying pipe to spray powder to the left and right sides. He can swing the nozzle up and down appropriately according to the height of the crop. While spraying, he retreats back along the middle aisle until he exits the door at the south end. Close the door and check the medicine box. If there is surplus powder, he can extend the powder spraying pipe into the shed from the vents on both sides outside the shed for spraying until the surplus powder is sprayed.

5. Spraying method outside the shed shall be adopted for small and medium-sized bow shed. Since the bow shed is small and the operator cannot enter, powder spraying can be carried out from one or both sides outside the shed, that is, part of the shed cloth can be uncovered from the outside, the powder spraying pipe can be extended into the shed for spraying, and the nozzle swings left and right. According to the shed size and medication quantity, the shed cloth can be opened at different parts of the bow shed for spraying until the spraying is completed.

6. Suitable time for powder spraying. It is carried out in the evening or in the morning, so that the deposition rate of powder in crops is high, and dust can be sprayed at any time in cloudy and rainy days. The vent can be opened about 2 hours after powder spraying. If you spray powder in the evening, you can wait until the next morning to open the air outlet. The first spraying is at the initial stage of the disease, and it is sprayed every 7-10 days according to the condition.
