Gordon, MD, then a researcher at the National Institute of Mental Health, forty years ago.

Neurofeeedback or EEG Biofeedback , in training self -regulation of the Autonomic Nervous System, has been shown to be effective in stress- reduction and relief for many neurological conditions, including Anxiety, Depression, Chronic Pain and Trauma.
