The biggest problem we see is that during the siege period from Thursday midnight PST or after a Time Attack until the end of the siege on Saturday/Sunday the game does not allow passing of game leadership.

Problems this causes: The guild leader has to know that he is going to make the weekend siege at the latest Thursday night (earlier for a Time Attack)! Only the one guild leader can invite people to guild during this period.

For a sieging guild with a leader that has any kind of life outside of Rappelz, this is ridiculous. The guild leader may well have real life issues between the leadership lock and siege that prevent him/her from making it on time to siege. When this happens all the siegers (can be up to 5 different guilds and 50+ people) waste their time waiting around for a siege that doesn't happen and lose the siege.

People are angry with the guild leader who also feels bad about it but at the same time helpless and even angry too because of the real life issue that prevented him/her from being there and the grief he or she is getting for something out of their control.

... Even if the guild leader knows beforehand that he is not going to make it, he can only solve the problem by giving someone else his account details! This puts the leader under unwanted pressure to not only break the rules but risk his account. In practice, the guild leader is likely to say nothing and then gets even more stick for not telling anyone in advance.
