The Sikafloor Chapdur slab is applied mechanically to the surface of the concrete slab before the final setting to increase the abrasion and mechanical shock resistance of the floor.

The floor hardener provides high abrasion resistant surfaces to concrete floors by the standard dry shake-on method which ensures that the hardware surface is seamlessly attached to the base concrete. Perform a pre-smoothing operation using a power float fitted with a metal blade with minimal bending and low speed as soon as the mixture appears uniform and becomes plastic.

The final smoothing operation (if necessary) should be followed by a power float running at high speed.
