In 1992 he built MALLIKA RESIDENCY With 63 Rooms then afterward his Son Y.N.Harish who built 72 Rooms and now he made it 135 Rooms Property.Now it is been Maintained by Y.N.Harish who is having Hotels in his Credentials.Such as CHENNAI WOODLANDS,PRAHLAD HOTEL,RANGAVILAS Etc..........
