In today's world where people have been involved in hectic schedules fulfilling their job duties, nowadays neglect their health. Their lifestyle has been completely changed from a healthy to a sedentary one. A sedentary lifestyle can be a cause of many problems and one of the most affecting is poor blood circulation which leads to many heart diseases and illnesses. To live a healthy life, we have to follow a lifestyle that can be productive as well as safe from illnesses at the same time. One should know what changes they should bring in their lifestyle to live healthily and productively.
People tend to forget that being healthy makes our bodies productive and effective. If we ignore our health which starts deteriorating slowly, we might not be able to do the work we are doing now. Being healthy makes us work in a healthy mentality and positive environment.
Just how we interact in society and one bad thing can affect us, in the same way, our one unhealthy habit can affect our body too.

You may wonder how good blood circulation helps our body to function? And to answer that question, to understand this let's look at an example, a machine needs fuel to work efficiently, and the same goes for humans, a human body needs food to function properly, this food is transported in the form of blood through the heart to the other parts of the body, and this blood is our fuel, a good blood circulation maintains the healthy blood and oxygen flow throughout the body and allows our body to function efficiently and properly, and it helps us to fight the diseases and long term illnesses. It is needed as it supplies oxygen and nutrients, which helps to operate the most vital part of the human body efficiently.

We might not see the symptoms now as we can't see the effect of poor blood circulation directly at once. But some symptoms are visible if we pay enough attention to them and look at them attentively. It is a slow process that disrupts and stops our bodily activities for the long term in the future.
When blood flow to a specific part of your body is reduced, you may experience the symptoms of poor circulation. One of the most common parts which are affected by poor blood circulation in our arms and limbs. When poor blood circulation disrupts the metabolism of our body, we aren't able to do one of the most simple things in our life such as walking.
Some of the visible signs are :
● Tingling
● Numbness
● Throbbing or stinging pain
● Muscle cramps

To prevent the above-mentioned things from happening to your body and before bad circulation completely shuts down your body, you need to improve your blood circulation and leave your sedentary lifestyle behind.
There are many ways you can improve your blood circulation which can improve your health too and some of them are:-

Exercise: One should workout or just a brisk walk for 30 to 40 minutes a day, moving and getting out is good for your body, you can even do the little tasks by walking instead of taking your two-wheeler vehicle regularly which not only maintains good physical health but also freshens up the mind.
2. Drink a lot of water: At least 8 to 10 glasses of water on summer days are must more than this is always appreciable but one should reduce water intake to less than 8 glasses. It helps the fluidity of the blood and oxygen and helps us to improve our digestion.
3.
