What Is Grass Fed Meat, And Why It Is Healthier?
Grass fed meat is a type of meat that comes from animals raised on grass or other natural vegetation. Grass fed beef, for instance, can be found at most grocery stores. It's different than grain-fed meat because it has more healthy fats and nutrients like Omega 3s which will make you feel better and stronger!
