Use Present on Google Meet to Share Your Screen

While your video meetings on Google meet, you can share your screen using the guidelines given below:

During a meeting, find the button that says, ‘present ...
... now.’
You have to press that button, and it is located in the bottom bar.
You can share your entire screen or a particular window or your Chrome tab.
Now please select which window or tab you want to share. You can share any particular window or application, such as MS Office, Photoshop, file manager, and all that.
Now click the share button to start the sharing of your computer screen finally.
When you wish to close the screen sharing, simply go to ‘you are presenting.’
Select the ‘stop presenting’ options to close the screen sharing feature.
This will stop your screen sharing, and you will be able to continue your meeting.
Share Screen When Somebody Else Shares on Google Meet

You can also start screen sharing even if someone else is doing that. When you start screen sharing, the existing screen sharing will stop, and all participants will be able to view your screen. Please see the below instructions to make it happen:

You have to select the name of the participant who is sharing their screen.
After that, select the item you would like to share or your entire screen, window, or Chrome tab.
You will see a popup message on your current saying that your screen will appear if you start screen sharing.
Please click on share now to proceed further.
This will start your screen sharing, and other participant’s screen sharing will automatically stop.
