You must have seen plenty of websites telling you the benefits of SEO. How it works, how it can help your business visibility, etc.

If not, then also it’s fine because I am here for that. These both on-page and off-page SEO are crucial for a business to grow, and both of them hold prime importance.
Here’s a brief about both the terms:
On-page SEO basically focuses on optimizing those parts of your page which are under your control. This works on what your site is about. To further break it down, on-page SEO ranks you according to the content or on-page factors.

On-page SEO explained:
On-page SEO, also known as on site SEO, deals with optimizing those parts of your website which affect the search engine rankings. What number your website is ranked at depends on a lot of factors, factors like site accessibility, loading time, optimized content, keywords etc. all the things mentioned are under your control, you can easily change and make amendments over time to increase your rankings.
On-page SEO includes:
Titles
Titles hold prime importance, since from the titles you can easily judge if you wish to read more or not. Thus, including keywords in your titles is the key. Limiting your title to 50 to 60 characters, including spaces, helps. Try to add your keywords in the first words (only if it sounds sane) along with that don’t stuff too many keywords.
Subheadings
Subheadings probably are the largest words on the page after the titles. Thus, add your keywords to subheadings to make more impact. Subheadings are more important since they give a brief on what to expect from the great content of the blog or website.
Images
While inserting images, it is essential that you add distinct pictures and not pictures taken from stock images. Besides this, describing your image in 8 to 10 words helps a lot too, you can easily add keywords in those 8 words which makes your content rank higher.
Page loading
Everyone is impatient, so thus no one waits for your website to unfold. Thus optimizing your loading time would help your rankings.
