Tennis Injuries – Prevention And Treatment

This is one of the most common injuries tennis players experience. The injury occurs on the tendons located on the outer side of the elbow. Improve your techniques and learn the proper techniques to serve the ball and play. It could be treated with proper physical therapy treatment.
