Performing Outlook Repair After Experiencing Mail Stuck Issues In Microsoft Outlook

As we know Outlook folders are collaboratively saved in a single PST file. When you send any email message, it first moves to Outbox folder before the message is actually sent. After sending process completes, the message is stored in Sent Items folder. However, sometimes due to PST corruption issues, the message sending process doesn't complete successfully. Such PST file need to be restored from recent data backup or scanned by using Outlook repair tools. Taking a real time incidence, when you send an email message and it gets stuck in Outbox folder and never moved to Sent Items folder. This condition might strike you in one of the following situations:

1.You are working in offline mode while no remote connection is available. MS Outlook cannot retrieve or send any email message while in offline mode. In such cases, PST behaves like a locally stored file.

2.The message has been moved to Outlook folder but you have opened it before it could be actually sent. This occurs due the fact that doing this will change the status of the email message.

3.You are having an incompatible or outdated add-in that is ...
... preventing an email message to be sent.

4.You are sending the email message as a reply from an account that doesn't exists. If you are trying to reply to an email message that was received with an older profile account, Outlook will use the same old account for replying. Usually, this occurs when you have changed mail accounts after receiving the email message and you try replying to a message received on old account.

5.Your Personal Address Book or PAB files is damaged or the PST file is corrupt as a result of which Outlook is not able to send the email messages.

In order to resolve these issues, you can follow the solutions given below:
1.Change the working mode of Outlook if it is working in Offline mode.

2.Alter the technique of sending an email message stuck in Outbox folder, which is open the message and click to Send. After following this technique, Outlook will get properly connected to the mail server and it delivers the required email message.

3.In order to disable the incompatible or outdates add in that you are using, go to Tools menu and open the Options dialog. Click the Other tab and select Advanced Options. Now select Add-in Manager, it will display the list of add ins that are currently activated on your Outlook profile. In order to deactivate the add-in unclear the corresponding check boxes and close the entire dialog boxes by clicking OK.

4.Never reply through an old account, move the messages required to your Inbox Folder and create and send a new email message by copying the required information to it. This will help you send the email accurately.

5.Repair your PST with the Inbox Repair Tool, if you experience any damage or corruption happened to your PST.
