Now, choose it and tap on open and install it.
If you can see your printer in the list, then press Next.
Tap on Use the driver that has been installed already and hit Next.
You need to type a printer name and hit on the Next button.
Choose share this printer or do not share this printer on the next screen and choose next and then click Finish.
Now, the network printer has been installed on your system, and it is ready to use.
Steps to Add a Printer using USB in Windows 10
Connect your printer and system both with a USB cable. Now, connect one end of your printers’ USB cord to the other USB outlet of your system.
Follow the installation steps. Your system will automatically detect your printer and follow the instructions to install the printer driver.
Check whether your printer has been successfully added or not. To do this, tap on the Start button that is shaped like the Windows logo that appears at the bottom-left corner of your screen.
Then go to Settings> Devices> Printers and Scanners. Alternatively, you can also do this using the Control Panel. You need to go to Hardware and Sound> Devices and Printers.
If you have set your printer correctly, you can see the printer in the printers’ list. You can also print a page to confirm that the set-up is complete.
