Any infusion drink that is devoid of tea leaves is categorized under herbal tea. It is also known as tisane. Another excellent substitute to green tea is the Rooibos tea. This red coloured drink is rich in antioxidants and has a sweet taste with a nut like smell. This provides the kick of coffee without any caffeine. Dandelion tea made from the leaf extracts of dandelion plant is a well known its skin care effects and liver and gall bladder effects.
