In ayurveda, health is characterized as an active state of wellness - a state in which you truly live, not merely exist. These keeps up the HDL while lowering the total blood cholesterol & HDL. These oils contain antioxidants which protect your body cells from the effect of carcinogens. We are aware that genetic factors decide the complexion of an offspring, but there is some other factor also.
