Ways To Delete Google Photos From Android And Apple Devices
Google Photos is a photo sharing, backup, and storage device launched by Google in 2015. It is an excellent application to store and backup all your photos, but sometimes, you also need to free up your storage and find different ways to delete photos. Steps to Delete Google Photos
For Web Devices
If you are using Windows, Linux, and Mac, you need to follow the below steps to delete Google Photos.
Open the Google ...

Login to the account if you haven’t.
After signing in to Google Photos, your images will appear on the screen.
Click on the photos you want to delete by clicking on the top-left corner of every photo.
You can also select all the photos to delete from the Web.
If you want to delete all the selected photos, tap on the checkmark icon of every photo, hold down shift and press the last photo.
After selecting all your photos, click on the delete icon that appears at the top-right corner of your screen.
Tap Move to Trash to delete your photos.
To delete all your photos, click on the Trash icon and hit Empty Trash.
Note: Google Photos allows you to delete photo albums as well. If you delete an album on Google Photos doesn’t mean that all your photos or videos will not delete.
How to remove an Album
Go to the Google Photos website and click on the Album icon.
Choose a particular album that you want to delete.
Click on the three-dots menu and tap Delete album.
For Android
Open the Google Photos app.
You can select one or multiple photos and click on the Trash icon to delete the photos.
Select Move to Bin to confirm the deletion of photos.
All your photos are deleted from the Google Photos app.
Delete Photos on Android Devices Permanently
All your deleted photos will go into the trash and will automatically delete in every 60 days. You can also delete them permanently.
Open the Google Photos app.
Click on the Hamburger > Bin option.
Tap on the photos that you want to delete permanently, then click on the Delete option.
Click on the three vertical dots> Empty Bin> Delete.
For iPhone and iPad
Open the Google Photos app on your iPhone and iPad devices.
Select the photo that you want to delete. You can select one or multiple photos at a time.
On the top-right corner of your screen, click on the Trash icon to delete the photo. The selected photos have been deleted from the library.
All your deleted photos will go to the Bin and stay for about 60 days before being deleted permanently.
Delete Photos on iPhone and iPad devices permanently
Open the app on your mobile.
On the upper left corner of your screen, click Menu< Bin.
Click on the photos to delete them permanently and hit the Trash icon.
These photos have now gone into the Bin. Click on the three dots> Empty Bin> Delete.
From Google Drive
Open Google Drive on your system.
Click on the file or folder that has your photo.
Click right on your photo and tap Remove.
Click on the Trash option, and choose Delete forever.
