Fix “directory Services Cannot Start” Issue In Windows Installed System

The configured NTFS permissions on the root of hard disk drive are very restrictive
The NTFS permissions configured on NT Directory Service (NTDS) folder are very restrictive
The drive letter of hard disk drive volume has altered that comprises Active Directory database
The Ntds.dit i.e. the Active Directory database has gone damaged
The NT Directory Service folder is compressed
