Wondering about a good option for cooking a recipe with butter at home? You should consider several options but the simplest and tastiest option at your fingertips will be Methi Puris which are liked by almost everyone in India. You can make this as a good recipe with butter at home. This can be done with healthy butter alternative Nutralite which is the ideal spread for your daily consumption requirements. The preparation time is just 30 minutes and cooking time stands at 20 minutes in total. This recipe will help you serve a whopping 15-16 people seamlessly without any hassles whatsoever. This recipe makes use of the specially crafted Nutralite DoodhShakti Probiotic Butter Spread.

The ingredients for the recipe include two cups of flour, ¼ tbsp of turmeric powder, salt, Ajwain seeds, red chilli powder, 1/3 cup of water, 3 tbsp of oil and fresh fenugreek leaves in one cup along with Nutralite as the topping. Use a knife/fork for cutting neatly on the puris to avoid puffing up while frying. Heat oil at normal flame and then fry puris (2/3 together) until they are golden and turn crispy. Put them on paper towels for soaking in the oil. Add some Nutralite spread as the topping to greatly enhance and boost overall taste at the same time. You can serve as many puris as per your requirements. Your family members and guests will certainly have a swell time, feasting on these puris.
