How Can We Enhance The Heart Function?
"Your heart is your health." This is the slogan projected by the World Health Organization as early as 20 years ago. It reminds people to pay attention to protecting heart, this important organ in our body. Despite the size of the heart is small, but its contraction and dilatation dominate the flow of blood. In addition, the oxygen and nutrients needed by all the organs in our body are supplied by blood. So can only healthy heart transport all the blood to all the organs to play a normal physiological function in the body. However, 12 million people in the world die of cardiovascular disease every year. In many countries, cardiovascular disease accounts for the top causes of death. Therefore, it is an important and immediate issue to prevent heart disease, how can we enhance the heart function?
Participate physical exercise as much as possible. Investigation shows that the cardiac function of people who doesn't like to take exercise decline 10 or 15 years. The incidence of coronary heart disease is higher with three times. The heart of well-trained athletes is powerful and slow rate. However, the amount of exercise should ...
... not be too large.
Avoid emotional behavior. The behaviors happened with over-excited people such as rage, ecstasy and sorrow, lead to vasoconstriction, elevation of blood pressure, heart beating faster, thereby increasing the burden on the heart. It should be calm and learn to be tolerant.
Control diet preferably. Obesity can lead to hypertension and arteriosclerosis while overeating can result in angina pectoris and myocardial infarct. Therefore, pay attention to diet, eating less a variety of animal fats and eat more fresh vegetables and fruits.
Increase the ingestion of magnesium. Magnesium prevents cholesterol synthesis, inhibiting excitability of neural and maintaining normal function of cardiac systolic and coronary fiber flexibility. Lack of magnesium can lead to tachycardia, arrhythmia, myocardial necrosis and calcification. Magnesium is named as the heart protector.
Have a regular life style and avoid fatigue. Fatigue is not only detrimental to health, but also increases the burden on the heart.
Eat less salt. Too much salt can increase blood pressure, increasing the blood viscosity and burden on the heart. Therefore, the adult should ingest 6 to 8 grams of salt daily, as for people who has defect at heart, it is better to eat less than 3 to 5 grams of salt.
Eat seafood twice a week. Seafood is not only rich in calcium and potassium, but also can reduce blood pressure.
