Well, probably everyone knows about Facebook Messenger that can be used to make audio, video calls, put stories, and make groups and many more things. Messenger groups or Messenger Rooms is such a great way to connect with a huge number of people to have a healthy conversation.
Messenger Rooms can be used to have a conversation, and it can also be used to have video conferences similar to Skype, Zoom and Google Meet. Facebook Messenger has a huge database of active users because Facebook is a giant social media network. Along with it, Facebook users find it pretty easy to access its features and creating a large conferencing room is nowhere difficult. How to Make Messenger Rooms on iPad and iPhone
The procedure of making Messenger Rooms is pretty simple, but make sure you’re using the latest version of Facebook and Facebook Messenger to access the latest features and settings.
Open Facebook on your iPad ...
... or iPhone.
Log in to your account.
Press Create Room under the status section.
Under the Create Your Room tab, choose Who is Invited?
Now you can set the room for your all Facebook Friends or can choose Specific people.
Pick the people you want in the room.
Mark on the boxes to invite those friends to the room or Skip it and invite them using the link.
If you wish to invite from the link, then turn on the Link Sharing feature.
Tap on Start Time to set a schedule for the meeting.
Click Create Room.
In the final room tab, you’ll see a room link that you can copy and share with other friends.
Click the Join Room to begin the video call.
Once you tap the Join Room option, you’ll be redirected to Facebook Messenger.
So this is everything you have to do to make a Messenger room and to invite friends easily. The following method is similar in both iPad and iPhone. To create a Messages Room, you must open Facebook, but if you’re invited by your friends, there’s no need to open Facebook.
Currently, the limit of users in a single room is up to 50, and in a regular video call, you can add up to 8 people on Messenger. As compared to the Zoom video conferencing app, Messenger has less limit of adding friends, but it costs nothing in Messenger.
