For Mac
For Mac users, you need to install Zoom Client 5.1.1 and should have the below features.

Hardware
Mac should operate on macOS X with macOS 10.9 or later.

Webcam, HD Webcam, Microphone, and Speakers (Bluetooth, USB Plug-in, or built-in)

Fix Zoom Audio Issues on iPhone and iPad
Check if speakers are working correctly
If you cannot hear others in the meeting, but they can hear you, check your speakers if they are working correctly. You can check by playing music if you can listen to this. The issue is not in your speakers, and take help from other participants.

Check Zoom Audio
Check if your Zoom is working fine or not or you can’t hear the other people from the meeting. You need to check if your Internet Audio is connected. If you have pressed Cancel, don’t worry, you can also change the settings. Check below the steps.

Whenever you join a call or meeting, tap on Call Using Internet Audio.
Then press Join Audio appears at your bottom-left to help hear from you.
Check Microphone
In between the meeting, if people are not able to hear you, check if the microphone has been muted or not. If yes, see the below steps.

Give access to your Microphone

Allow Zoom Microphone Access

Click on the Apple menu displayed at the right-top of your screen.
Tap on System Preferences.
