Tennis elbow is mostly the outcome of overuse of the wrist, an improper backhand stroke, too large or too small racquet grip or excessive vibration of your racquet. Any repetitive activity that puts stress on your forearm and elbow joints may result in this condition.
The common symptoms of tennis elbow condition may include any of the following: Throbbing, burning pain, elbow stiffness, difficulty in wrist movement due to repetitive motion and aggravation, difficulty in gripping/holding objects, muscle soreness, and pain across the outer forearm. Tennis elbow cold compress is an effective method of relieving the pain and swelling.

Tennis elbow mostly happens due to sports/recreational activities, work-related tasks, falls, and accidents. It is a condition that mostly affects adult people aged above 50.
