If you have been looking for indoor party places for kids and their friends, it might be a good idea to also start thinking about different games that the kids can play with their friends for the party. Most kids party venues do have some fun areas for kids to engage in games at, kids are super hyperactive, so you must be prepared to entertain them.

The biggest hit amongst all kids is treasure hunt. It allows them to spread out and work in teams that they might not have chosen themselves. This is a great team exercise that will help them in the long run. It also encourages them to think out of the box and get really creative. It also teaches them persistence.

You can make two teams and hide a bunch of clues that would take on to the treasure. Make sure that you reward the team that doesn’t win as well, because that is good positive reinforcement.

Secondly, you can break up the kids in two teams and make them play Pictionary. The best thing about Pictionary is that you barely need a few things to make kids play it. Just a sheet of paper and a pen. Kids from Team A have to send a volunteer who will draw ...

It gives kids a chance to be a little creative and work on their empathizing and understanding skills. These are valuable skills in the real world, and there’s no better way to teach this than games played at a kids’ birthday party.

Storytime is another idea! This is not necessarily a game per se, but it has its place with kids who want to have a good time. All kids love stories, and getting a nice orator to say it out loud with all kinds of facial expressions and hand movements is a great way to give them a good time. It also inculcates the sense of love for reading, which is probably the most underrated skill in the world!

So, go ahead, and organise some birthday party games for kids and make sure that it becomes a really memorable day for them.
