Where is the Freemans auction house located?
Freeman’s is a world-class auction house with an established global presence. Freemans Auction House is the oldest auction house in the US and one of the oldest in the world. It is located in Philadelphia, PA, 19147 United States.

Freeman’s auction-
Launched in 1805, the Freeman’s Auction Households legacy is close, utilizing an innovative mindset towards promotion and marketing, along with access to a group of industry-leading specialists from the market. And today, with offices in New England, the Southeast, and around the West Coast, partnering with auction house professionals has never been easier. America’s oldest auction house is Neighborhood’s connection, wherever it may be, to the global art market.

Upcoming Freeman’s auction-
Reflecting the curves of the human body, Chinese meiping vases generally featured a slim neck juxtaposed ...
... against a rounded shoulder. Traditionally, the vessels carried plum blossoms. Featured in Freeman’s upcoming Asian art auction is a meiping produced sometime during the reign of Emperor Yongzheng (1722–1735). The vase decorations, including swinging waves and flowing dragon bodies, accentuate the curves of the meiping.
Chinese vase collectors may also consider a yuhuchunping produced during the Ming dynasty. While meipings are known for their pronounced shoulder, yuhuchunpings have a distinctive pear shape. In this yuhuchunping, viewers will notice a prominent lip on top of a long, narrow neck. Floral decorations surround this yuhuchunping, all covered in what Freeman’s calls a “sea green varnish.” Bidders will also find a densely decorated screen from the 17th or 18th century. Countless citizens and immortals gather to meet an emperor in the middle of the screen. This piece is a Coromandel lampshade and was probably designed for export to Europe.
