The Honda Del sol was a two-seater sports car which was manufactured by the company in the 1990s. It was based on the Civic platform and was a successor to the acclaimed Honda CR-X. It was first introduced in Japan in 1992, then in the United Kingdom in 1993 and then in the United States. The car has its engine at its front end, has a four wheel drive, a targa top which allows it to be a partial convertible. Del sol is a Spanish word which means of the sun which refers to the car's opening roof. It has a targa top which means that it is not a full convertible and features a removable hardtop that is stored in the truck. It also has retractable rear windows which give it a convertible feel. The production and sales of the Del sol were stopped after the 1997 model in the U.S. and in 1998 elsewhere.

There are always new innovations being made in every field. This improves technology and performances get enhanced. All this leads the customers to get more satisfaction out of the products they buy. The growing market and scope is also beneficial for the producers.

One such product is the Del sol hood. The function ...
... of a hood might appear very obvious but there actually are many things that you can do with it. New materials are being used for their manufacture which have many advantages over the others. One such material being used is carbon fiber. Hoods made of these are light which helps to reduce the overall weight of the vehicle which in turn helps to improve its performance. This means that there is better fuel consumption and you end up saving your hard earned money. As the weight on the front wheels is reduced, the steering becomes more responsive giving a livelier performance.

Del sol carbon hoods can also help to enhance the looks of your car as they are available in various shapes and sizes. And whatever your personal taste you are sure to find one that you like. They are also very durable and affordable. To know more you can visit www.ilovebodykits.com.
