Lifts are available for the upper floors and are backed by power backup. There is also power backup for the common areas in the complex. A food court has been set up inside the project.

The projects connectivity to the medical facilities in Faridabad is also great and there are at least 4 grand hospitals near the project site. The hospitals can be reached in a maximum driving time of ten to 15 minutes and this means that the shops are very much suited for any business associated with the medical industry. Also its great connectivity to the educational institutions in the neighbourhood again makes the plaza a good location for units for anything concerning the students like stationary, school books, school uniforms , shoe shops and many more things.
