To get started with the task of flipping an image using the Snapseed app, first of all, you will need to download the app on your Android device. You will be able to download the app by visiting the Google Play Store on your device.
And after you are done with the installation of the app, open it and then go to the big “+” icon that you can see placed in the center of the screen.
And now, as you are using the app for the first time, you will be asked to grant permission to the app to access your media files. Here, you will have to choose the option of “Allow” to proceed further.
And after this, on the next screen, tap on the “+” icon again and then select the image that you are going to flip.
And now, the selected image will open up on the next screen. Here, navigate to the “Tools” tab that you can see in the bottom bar.
And next, you will be provided with multiple photo editing options. Here, you will have to select the option of “Rotate.”
And then, you will see a “Flip” icon in the bottom bar. Tap on it, after which the image on your screen will be flipped horizontally. 
If you want to flip the image vertically, you can do so by tapping on the “Rotate” button given next to the flip icon.
And when you are satisfied with the edited image, go to the checkmark icon located in the bottom right corner of your screen.
Save the flipped image by tapping on the “Export” option given in the bottom bar. And here, you will get multiple options for saving the edited image. The options that you will get are as follows:
Save: The following option will save a copy of the original image.
Export:You can use it to get some additional options after saving the image.
Share:Using this option, you can share the edited image with your contacts.
