Fill the application form, attach the required documents, and pay the AYUSH certification cost. The documents that you need to attach are as follows:

MOA and AOA of your company

Your Photo ID
Details of the storage unit where you hold AYUSH products

Proof of your qualification.

master file of your Site

product list for which you’re getting the AYUSH license

Diagram of the water system you’ve implemented

Diagram of the HVAC system you’ve implemented

Summary of the product

Actual labels you’re using on the product

Proof of safety and effectiveness of product

Analysis certificate of product
