The painted steel grating is specifically meant for the surface preparation of steel grinding. The general surface preparation of the steel grating is galvanised. The same surface spray paint is a significant one, too. The manufacturing cost of spray painted steel grate is smaller than that of hot galvanised, and its rust proof capability is mild and more afraid of wear. However, paint will choose different colours, particularly when steel grinding is used for mechanical purposes, the colour of the steel grid and the colour of the machinery would be consistent.
