1.One of the best treatments for any throat infection is gargling – add a teaspoonful of salt in a glass of warm water and gargle 3-4 times a day to reduce throat pain.
2.Another remedy is to add 2 teaspoonful of lime juice and one teaspoonful of honey in a glass full of hot water and drink it twice a day for absolute relief from throat pain and itchy throat.
3.In order to strike of throat infections, it is important to add citrus fruits juices in your diet, thanks to their multiple benefits.
4.Make tea, prepared from Basil and ginger, your best friend. It is perfect for when you’re craving a soothing effect on the throat and want to reduce the irritation that keeps you from feeling fine.
5.Take one teaspoon of Cinnamon and a pinch of pepper powder in a glass of water, add a teaspoonful of honey and boil it all. This mixture is perfect for fast relief from throat infection. Drink it once a day for 2-3 days and see the results.
6.Throat pain also heals by taking hot Epsom salt baths that are curated for pain relief.
7.Lastly, you could try adding few grams of Fenugreek seeds in a glass of lukewarm water, leave it for some time and then strain the water and gargle with it for the best results.
8.If things get very severe, it is best to consult a doctor and get the most effective treatment. Throat pain never lasts for more than a week. However, if it does, you shouldn’t wait longer to see your family doctor about it.
