Many problems of modern society cannot be solved by(http://www.watchcopiez.com/) laws and the legal system because moral behavior cannot be legislated. What is stated in the issue topic is reasonable, or more exactly, an insight. One that both my experience and common sense help to improve. It is said that laws and the legal system keep the society to run properly, help to reduce the chance of crime, punish those who break the social rules in order to threaten those who want to commit crime. However, is the law so powerful that everything would be under the control of it and every problem would be solved? Definitely not. There is another field concerning moral behaviour which cannot be legislated. The issue topic reminds me of a real thing happened several years ago that was on June 1st, thousand of excellent children and their teacher stayed in an audience hall to celebrate "the children's day". A big fire broke out unexpectedly and the only one exit gate shut down so quickly that only a few got a narrow escape. The only possible way to survive is to fine somewhere the air is fresh. A teacher soon found the rest ...
... room which has a small window open to the outside world. She rushed in and quickly locked the washing room and turned a deaf ear to the children's cry outside and possessed the room which could contain at least 10 person of her own. The result is unacceptable, the children died with a very miserable looking leaning against the locked door. The " good" teacher was alive and be criticized fiercely by the public and the social opinion. But she was not put into prison, because there is no item concerning the evil thing she did. But everyone who got the common sense would believe she was an indirect murder. She killed at least 9 children. The unbelievable thing ended in a noisybut fruitless quarrel. Everyone believe that she was guilty. Everyone claimed that she should be put into prison. While, the law and the legal system kept silent at that time. And there is no way to solve it by law because moral behaviour cannot be legislated. This is only one instance happened in our country. Its result is terrible, no doubt a disaster to the poor victims. But what about other cases just happened by our side?Concerning the current society, over 70% of the cases which were put into the court about family cases are the ones concerning moral duty. We see such kind of cases on TV or by means of broadcast. The children grow up and had their own families, then they abandoned their old parents without giving any love or money to them. The old couple had no choice but to bring their children to court. And the court forced the children to perform their duties to give pension to the old parents. They were punished physically. But what about the love between them. ? The children forced to give the old money every month and entered the old's room with sharp words and throw the money at the old. Could the court ask the young to give the old affection or love? Definitely impossible.Time and time again, we notice these unsolvable problems, unsuitable event. We sigh as well as criticize those unsuitable moral behaviour since we know moral behaviour cannot be legislated.(http://www.watchcopiez.com/GoodsBrand/Vacheron-Constantin-68.html)
