Monsanto has agreed to a settlement program with our law firm, which is going to allow you to potentially resolve your claim. This is going to be a long process, but we are here to assist you every step of the way and will provide updated information as this process progresses forward.

Do I decide now if I will accept my settlement?

No, you will be asked to make a final decision when it has been determined that you qualify for the settlement as an “Eligible” claimant and the value of your claim has been determined. In the meantime, we strongly encourage all of our clients to enroll in the settlement process by completing and returning the Enrollment Packet.

What are the next steps in the settlement process?

In general, the settlement process starts with you reviewing (and updating if necessary), signing, and returning the documents which make up the Enrollment Packet. Once we receive your completed, signed and dated Enrollment Packet, we will submit your forms, together with medical records confirming your NHL diagnosis, to an impartial Special Master to evaluate your eligibility for participating in the settlement.
