Stainless steel pipes: A pipe is a tubular section/hollow cylinder, usually of circular cross-section, used generally to carry materials which can flow — liquids & gases (fluids), slurries, powders & masses of small solids. It can also be used for applications; hollow pipe is far stiffer per unit weight than solid members. Find out Stainless steel pipe manufacturers in India.

Welded pipes: At the beginning of the welded pipe manufacturing process so-called slabs or billets are cast in a steel mill. Depending on the external dimensions & wall thickness there are different ways of producing welded pipes & tubes: Electric Resistance Welding (ERW), Fusion Welding (EFW) & Double Submerged Arc Welding (DSAW). In the ERW & EFW manufacturing process welded pipes are made by hot or cold rolling plate & welding the seam. In order to keep the outside (O.D.) surface of a welded pipe smooth & uniform a cutting tool known as the scarfing blade is used to remove the weld flash.

Seamless pipes: Seamless pipe as the name tells us that it is a pipe without a seam or a pipe with weld-joint in contrast to Seam. In a Seam / Welded pipe, the seam or the weld-joint is the fragile part of the pipe limiting the power of the pipe to the toughness of the weld-joint. Whereas the seamless pipe does not have any such joint & thus has uniform structure & strength all over the pipe body. These types of pipe can withstand excessive pressure, excessive temperature, & find broad applications in Oil & Gas, Refinery, Mechanical & Structural applications.
