PartSeeker has quite a straightforward user interface, and it works pretty well. Sure, you can use Google Search to find the components, but it might not show you as specific components as this app can. This app is not available for free to use, so if you want to get access to PartSeeker, you will have to purchase it for $1.99.

There are plenty of other electrical engineering apps also out there, but the above-mentioned electrical engineering apps have very simple user interfaces and offer plenty of useful features that you may not find in other apps.
