The plot revolves around six people with varied backgrounds namely, Zoey (physics student), Jason (wealthy daytrader), Ben (stock boy), Mike (truck driver), Amanda (Iraq War veteran), and Danny (escape room enthusiast). They were invited to participate in the escape room with prize money of $10,000. And they are tricked into solving the game riddle with the maze to survive.

The twisted game was organized by Gamemaster, which brings rich people together to bet on the result of the game. They did significant business with the first release, and the sequel of the franchise, the second movie is coming out on the first day of 2021.

The story follows a school teacher and her brother, who is a police officer in Oregon town. And they become convinced one of her students is hiding a supernatural creature. The film premiered in New York City on 8th March 2020 and is scheduled to be released on 8th March 2021. A Quiet Place was produced by Paramount Pictures, with a budget of $17 million. The filming of part 2 started in June 2019. The team shot the film in 47 days of production including the locations Dunkirk, Lackawanna, Akron, Olcott, and Buffalo. A Quiet Place Part II is a continuation story of the Abbott family as they have to leave their family after losing a loved one. Polly Morgan handled the cinematography of the movie, who also replaced the DOP of the first sequel Charlotte Bruus Christensen. He used 35mm film and described the film as horror, yet pretty and engaging.

Paranormal Activity 7 is based on the “found footage” genre of horror. The films revolve around a family who is haunted by a demon that terrifies and ultimately murders the family member. The film is the ninth installment of the franchise Saw film series, starring Samuel L. Jackson and Chris Rock. Spiral was scheduled to be released on 15th May 2020, but due to the COVID-19, it was delayed and rescheduled on 21st May 2021. The story revolves around an esteemed police veteran, played by Samuel L. Jackson. And brash detective Ezekiel “Zeke” Banks, played by Chris Rock, along with his rookie partner William Schenk, played by Max Minghella. Zeke found himself trapped in a deepening mystery and at the center of the killer’s morbid game.

The Conjuring: The Devil Made Me Do It

Release Date- 4th June 2021

The Conjuring series is directed by the director of Fast and Furious and Saw, James Wan. The film revolves around the paranormal investigator couple Edward and Lorraine Warren. The movie was a significant hit and widely accepted by audiences and critics, who praised its writing and the atmosphere of the movie. The movie did fantastic at the box office. The film created new records for the horror genre. The Conjuring: The Devil Made Do It is the third film of the series and will be the focus on the murder trial of Arne Cheyenne Johnson, in which a man confessed his crime of murdering demonic possession.

The Forever Purge

The Forever Purge is an upcoming American science fiction action horror movie directed by Everardo Gout and co-produced and written by James DeMonaco. The movie stars Josh Lucas, Tenoch Huerta, Ana de la Reguera, Leven Rambin, Cassidy Freeman, and Will Patton. The film is the final and fifth installment of the franchise “Purge”. The filming of the movie took place in California, which started in November 2019 to February 2020. Forever Purge is scheduled to be released on 9th July 2021 by Universal Pictures. The movie was initially planned to release on 10th July 2020 but got delayed due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Although the film is not well received by the critics, Purge movie did well in the box office because of its exciting and unique socio horror concept.

The film is a sequel of the 2018 movie Halloween and the twelfth film in the Halloween franchise. The film stars Nick Castle, Jamie Lee, James Jude Courtney, and Judy Greer. Before the release of the film in 2018, McBride confirmed that he and Green had intended to shoot two films back-to-back according to the reaction of the audiences from the first film. The movie is scheduled to be released on 15th October 2021 distributed by Universal Pictures. And the third sequel will be released on 14th October 2022.
