The American Muscle Car History
Muscle Cars, especially Ford Muscle Cars were not only an American icon but also a symbol of strength and character. With a stronger constitution from the racing traditions of the Grand Prix racing events, the muscle car was not just a "Street Machine" but as a means of expression for a community and a nation.
From manufacturers such as Ford, Dodge, Chevrolet, Toyota, Nissan, Volkswagen, Nissan, Renault, BMW, Honda, Mitsubishi, Toyota, Mini Cooper, and others, there are more muscle cars out there than you may think.
The European styling of muscle cars was based on American muscle cars. Muscle cars were often the talk of the town and therefore they became iconic in the same way that the latest model is the talk of the town today. Many of these cars are hand built and are usually on the road in competition.
Muscle cars were a symbol of freedom and liberty for many Americans during the time that they were manufactured. It was a symbol of power, dominance, and authority for the boys in their youth. There was no room for anything to stand in their way of being the fastest, the ...
... strongest, or the most popular of all. They were good at what they did and so they continued to produce and sell these cars.
A muscle car is a muscle car in a variety of ways. Firstly, they are more powerful, have larger engines, wider wheels, longer hoods, and of course with better safety features. Muscle cars have more power because they are built heavier and they also hold the lead as the heaviest vehicles that are built. These are some of the reasons why the car world can debate about the difference between a muscle car and a road legal car.
The original muscle car had a grille that made it easier to see in the morning light and rear lights that flared out to show off the powerful v- twin engine. Modern muscle cars have improved safety features and better safety features have been added on since their inception.
With the durability of a muscle car, the maintenance is less so the cost of the car is less when you add up the cost of new parts. This makes muscle cars cheaper to maintain when compared to a new car.
The super cheater is known for its open body design. Its front-end is much wider than other cars, making it a good place for tire blowouts.
The new rims are better and the tires are more durable. With improved performance it is easy to tell the difference between the older rims and the new rims. The more expensive ones may be from different brands but there is sure to be a good difference.
The body kit is an optional extra for a muscle car. Some models have the ability to have certain areas customized such as headlights, vents, bumpers, or the hood. This can be a great look for the car and the owner will have a smile on his face every time he sees it.
Some of the newer muscle cars have the option to install carbon-fiber flooring to match their cars that have the capability to be custom painted. The body kits may be different as well as the customization options that each car may have.
To summarize, muscle cars are a representation of strength and an investment of pride for the person that owns them. Theyhave a history that goes back to the times when great Americana like Oldsmobile and Pontiac were making muscle cars. A muscle car owner is a proud owner and can proudly show off their pride for their car at the track.
