Well, nutritionist Rujuta Diwekar often harps on the importance of fats, especially mentioning why white butter is a healthy food. Let’s take a look at some of the not-so-commonly known facts:

a. Fats are a misunderstood macronutrient: the most underrated macronutrient, fats are often unfairly blamed. In today’s times, when people are very particular about being slim and fit, protein has become themost popular macronutrient, and fats and carbs, the other two macros are being replaced by burning pills and detox teas.

b. What is butter: butter is a dairy product that is made by churning milk or cream, which separates the solids (butterfat) from the liquid (buttermilk). d. Benefits of butter:
*Butter is a powerful anti-oxidant, thanks to the presence of vitamins A, D, E, and K.
