How To Fight With Covid-19 Naturally At Home?

The world at present is going through a pandemic. It has affected every single person on this planet. The fear, anxiety, tension, pressure, frustration, etc. is adding on continuously. With each passing day, the cases are increasing, the fear is increasing, and with each passing day, everyone’s chances of catching it are increasing too.
The world is at a halt. The nations had called for complete lock-down affecting earnings of everybody, especially the poor people, who do not have savings to survive in such a scenario. Vaccinations are being tested and developed across the world. Every nation is trying to handle it differently.

... Increase water intake: One needs to keep drinking lots of water to increase urination to eject harmful viruses. It will also help in keeping the body hydrated and active.
• Isolate:If a person thinks he is starting to get symptoms, they can isolate themselves from the rest of the family as much as possible for a little time until they feel perfectly fine.
• Take normal medicines: In the case of cough, one should start taking cough syrups. In the case of fever, the concerned medicine should be taken. And in case of pain, painkillers should be taken. Even if there is a chance that it is Corona-virus, it will begin to cure in the earlier stage only.
• Gargles with warm water: At least 2 times a day, one should gargle with lukewarm water with a pinch of salt in it to clear the throat and avoid cough.
• Turmeric milk: Turmeric milk has been used for ages to cure and treat various infections in the body. Regularly one needs to take a glass of warm turmeric milk since it has healing properties.
• Hot milk with honey: Another important and noteworthy step would be drinking hot milk with honey. Honey is considered as best for treatments of chests and any blockages. It will clear the chest and throat.
• Garlic: Garlic is enriched with anti-inflammatory and anti-microbial properties. It has been consumed in many ways. Its quantity in food can be increased. It can be taken with honey. Crushed garlic can be taken with water.
• Ginger: Ginger is said to have anti-bacterial and anti-microbial properties. It helps in clearing respiratory tracks and helps in improving digestion. It will help in cleaning the whole body. It can be crushed and boiled and then taken with water.
To make it taste better, one can add lemon juice also. Home-remedies have always worked for people. It is better to start treating at an early stage, and no treatment is better than the natural treatments.
