But at the same time, it demands a lot of responsibility to nurture the new life growing within you. All that you eat before and during the pregnancy is highly responsible for not only your health but for your baby’s too.
So to make sure that what you eat helps your body to digest easily follow the below listed Healthy Indian diet plan for pregnancy. You can mix and match the following depending on how much you can eat.
PRE BREAKFAST SNACK

• Milkshake
• Apple juice/Tomato juice
• Dry fruits
BREAKFAST
• Bowl of fruits
• Wheat rava upma with lots of vegetables
• Poha with lots of vegetables
